Warehouse & Distribution Manager

The Warehouse & Distribution Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day operations of the warehouse and distribution network, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of all inventory.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching
- Implement and monitor effective processes to optimize space and productivity
- Ensure accuracy in inventory records through cycle counts
- Manage warehouse staff, including training and performance reviews
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain zero-accident environment
- Optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and technology (WMS)
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL providers
- Track and report on KPIs like order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
