As an Account Development Representative (ADR), you play a critical role in driving pipeline creation and business growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities for the sales team. This position focuses on outbound prospecting and relationship building.

المسؤوليات

  • Conduct outbound phone calls, emails, and social engagements to qualify leads
  • Host introductory calls to identify potential customer interest
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) quotas
  • Develop and implement creative social prospecting and email outreach strategies
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to nurture relationships

المؤهلات

  • Engineering degree preferred
  • Background in the Software industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
