The Senior Director of Commercial and Advancement plays a key role in ensuring the institution’s financial resilience through innovative revenue strategies and strategic fundraising. Oversees all commercial operations including retail, hospitality, venue hire, and licensing.

- Develop and implement integrated commercial and advancement strategies
- Oversee commercial outlets including shop, café, and VIP services
- Maximize revenue through licensing, venue hire, and product development
- Identify and cultivate private and public sector partnerships
- Define fundraising and sponsorship guidelines
- Lead the institution’s annual gala
- Mentor and develop Commercial and Advancement teams
- Represent the institution at external functions and conferences
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 12 years of executive-level experience in commercial revenue generation
- Extensive expertise in fundraising strategies and donor relations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (Master’s strongly preferred)
- Ideally fluent in Arabic
