We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Madinah team. This role will drive in-store and field sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue targets through consultative selling and excellent service. Core Accountabilities include Sales & Customer Engagement, Territory & Account Management, Performance Measurement & Reporting, Product & Market Knowledge, and Compliance & Brand Representation.

- Actively engage with customers to understand needs and close sales
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
- Manage assigned store or territory accounts
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs
- Log daily sales activities in the company CRM
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product ranges and promotions
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements
المؤهلات
- 1+ years of sales experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and point-of-sale terminals is preferred
