We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Madinah team. This role will drive in-store and field sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue targets through consultative selling and excellent service. Core Accountabilities include Sales & Customer Engagement, Territory & Account Management, Performance Measurement & Reporting, Product & Market Knowledge, and Compliance & Brand Representation.

  • Actively engage with customers to understand needs and close sales
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly
  • Manage assigned store or territory accounts
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs
  • Log daily sales activities in the company CRM
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product ranges and promotions
  • Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and legal requirements

المؤهلات

  • 1+ years of sales experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and point-of-sale terminals is preferred
