People & Culture Manager

The People & Culture Manager will play a key leadership role in driving compliant ethical and people-centric HR practices in alignment with Qatar labour legislation and Accor policies. The position serves as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations and people governance contributing to a fair consistent and inclusive workplace. With a strong focus on culture compliance and operational excellence the role supports a high-engagement environment aligned with Accors Heartist values while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality wellbeing and health and safety.
المسؤوليات
- Drive ethical and people-centric HR practices
- Serve as advisor to leadership on employee relations
- Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and end-of-service calculations
- Prepare and analyze workforce data and HR reporting
- Manage HR budgeting, forecasting, and accruals
- Oversee employee housing operations and welfare
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Manage and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee HR systems including Oasys
- Facilitate meetings and drive actionable outcomes
المؤهلات
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or Business Management
- Professional Human Resources certification such as CIPD SHRM (advantage)
