Senior Business Development Manager

The role of the Sr. Business Development Manager is to manage distributors of the allocated market(s). He/she is a key contributor to the topline and bottom-line growth. Responsible for building the joint business plan with the Distributor and pilot execution excellence.

- Manage distributors of allocated markets
- Manage diverse sales channels (Off premise & Away-From-Home)
- Negotiate trade terms
- Develop business plans identifying key levers to grow
- Implement trade marketing strategy
- Promotional planning and forecasting
- KPI monitoring and reporting
المؤهلات
- Around 6 to 8 years relevant experience in Sales, Distributor Management
- University Degree
- English and Arabic fluent
