Last Mile Assistant Manager

The Last Mile Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the management and optimization of the last mile delivery operations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition. The role involves overseeing daily delivery activities, managing delivery teams, and improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
المسؤوليات
- Run day-to-day last-mile delivery operations
- Manage, train, and coach a team of drivers or delivery partners
- Track and improve KPIs such as on-time delivery rate (OTD) and cost per delivery
- Utilize delivery management software to optimize routes
- Solve problems such as courier breakdowns and delivery delays
- Coordinate closely with warehouse/dark store teams
- Enforce health, safety, and operational standards
المؤهلات
- 3–5+ years in last-mile delivery operations, preferably in e-commerce, quick-commerce, or grocery
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in delivery management software and tools
