A subsidiary of Lenovo is seeking an Operation and System Supervisor to manage and maintain logistics management systems (WMS, TMS). The role involves monitoring performance, resolving technical issues, proposing improvements, and collaborating with operations teams to optimize efficiency and user experience.
المسؤوليات
- Daily management and maintenance of logistics systems (WMS, TMS)
- Analyze current system operation and propose improvements
- Manage and analyze data within logistics systems
- Provide technical support and training to system users
- Develop and update system operation manuals
- Participate in planning and implementation of logistics system projects
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain system security and data privacy
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics system management and optimization
