Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist with a specialization in Employee Relations to join their team in Zallaq, Southern, BH. This role is crucial for maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment by effectively managing employee grievances, fostering positive workplace relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints
  • Advise management on employee relations matters
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS system
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on recruitment, training, and performance management

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a significant focus on employee relations
