Engineering Supervisor - Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will assist in leading the Engineering team through the final stages of construction, testing, commissioning, operational setup, and the smooth transition into daily maintenance activities.

- Support the Engineering leadership team in reviewing technical specifications
- Participate actively in inspections, snagging, commissioning, and system testing
- Supervise the handover of equipment, technical documentation, and asset tagging
- Oversee the setup and data entry of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Hotsos)
- Organize and supervise technical training for the engineering team
- Maintain comprehensive records of commissioning certificates
- Transition into daily supervision of maintenance operations
المؤهلات
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or large facilities
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven experience with pre-opening activities including commissioning, snagging, defect management
- Fluency in English is required
