We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who has a strong background in catalyst products and services, a proven track record in sales, and in-depth knowledge of ADNOC’s operations and procurement processes.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote catalyst products and solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within ADNOC and other key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at ADNOC
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/business development within the catalyst industry
  • Proven experience working with ADNOC and a group of companies
