Drive the sale of Cisco’s Customer Experience Services portfolio for one of Cisco’s most strategic accounts, a leader in AI, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure. Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies for a major account to maximize growth and customer value.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies for a major account
- Lead the adoption of new services and guide product launches
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Oversee and publish service responses for RFPs and bids
- Ensure customer support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in value-based sales within the ICT sector
- Experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and projects
- Proven history of direct and indirect sales to strategic accounts
