Serve as the local leadership representative for quality and support the implementation of the QMS. Work to continually advance the culture of quality by working in close partnership with area leadership and serve as the local representative of the quality office.
المسؤوليات
- Provide guidance and support to Project Managers regarding project plans (PMP, QMP, RMP)
- Coordinate with local area business group project quality managers
- Report QMS implementation, lessons learned, and audit resolution strategies
- Develop and update local area processes supporting QMS and ILG requirements
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive new employees on-boarding program
- Respond to staff questions or issues related to policies and procedures
المؤهلات
- Professional degree required or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum of 6 years industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in related quality fields
- Applicable quality certification
- A deep understanding of QMS fundamentals
