Regional Vice President, Southeast (REMOTE - NC, SC, FL)

You will lead, manage, and inspire a team of senior leaders and set the culture for helping kids stay happy and healthy in your region. You'll partner closely with your national peers and the CEO/CFO to deliver on the Chartwells K12 mission and sustain and grow our business.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and inspire a team of district managers
- Drives achievement of key performance indicators
- Owns key regional decisions
- Partners with Sales and Retention teams to drive growth strategy
- Ensures compliance with QA, policy, and USDA program requirements
- Owns regional financial results/P&L
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's or master's degree OR 8 years progressive experience in multi-unit support services
- Strong background in senior leadership roles
- Experience in contract and budget management
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
