Provide expert travel support and booking services using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) in both French and English including Amadeus and Saber. Responsibilities include assisting customers with flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations; delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat; and resolving customer inquiries efficiently to maintain high satisfaction rates. The role requires staying updated on travel industry trends and airline policies, collaborating with team members for consistent service quality, and handling complex travel requests with attention to detail. Interaction data must be accurately documented in the CRM system while meeting performance targets and adhering to company policies and data privacy regulations.
