Contractor Operations Coordinator

Oversees daily operational and administrative activities within the outsourcing business. Ensure seamless coordination between contractors, clients, and internal teams. Support assignment management, communication flow, and issue resolution. Maintain full compliance with Saudi labor regulations. Manage candidate documentation and onboarding checklists. Assist in preparation and processing of contracts, offers, and onboarding documents. Support renewals, amendments, and extensions of staff contracts. Manage internal coordination and reporting tasks.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in related field

- Knowledge of Saudi labor law is an advantage
