Officer- Customer Service (Emiratized Role)

A dedicated and customer-focused role in Al Ain, responsible for sales and providing support to customers through various channels. The officer will ensure customer needs are met with professionalism and care, resolving issues efficiently and achieving sales targets.
المسؤوليات
- Achieve sales targets
- Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries and requests
- Respond to queries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Identify and assess customers' needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve experience
- Stay updated on company products and policies
المؤهلات
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field (1-2 years preferred)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- UAE national status (Emiratization requirement)
