The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and development of HR policies. Only Candidates with UAE experience will be considered.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations and performance issues
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Lead employee training and development programs
- Administer employee performance appraisal systems
- Foster a positive work culture
- Maintain and update HR records
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management
