Business Manager Lead

Direct operational, financial and strategic activities to optimise organisational performance and growth in banking, supporting Treasury, Wealth Management, Retail or Corporate Banking divisions. Enhancing business performance and managing regulatory compliance.
المسؤوليات
- Supporting General Managers with business plans and performance analytics
- Ensuring adherence to local and global regulations and monitoring risk incidents
- Collaborating with Relationship Managers to identify growth opportunities
- Managing projects and coordinating with IT/Operations for system releases
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment
- Overseeing departmental budgets and resource allocation
- Analyzing internal/external data to guide decision-making
- Leading and mentoring staff to improve performance
المؤهلات
- Minimum 8-10 years in corporate banking, treasury, wealth management or retail banking
- 3+ years in a management or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (Master's preferred)
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics (SQL, Excel)
