Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also supporting key HR operational functions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying and attracting top talent and maintaining HR processes.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support administration of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or general HR roles
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
