To provide timely delivery of documents, messages, and small parcels within and outside the company premises, supporting smooth office and operational functions.
المسؤوليات
- Deliver documents, letters, files, and parcels to internal departments
- Collect and deliver official correspondence, cheques, and office materials
- Maintain proper records of deliveries and receipts
- Assist office staff in administrative support tasks
- Ensure confidential information is handled securely
- Report any delays, issues, or lost items promptly
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of assigned vehicles
- Support other operational or office staff with errands
المؤهلات
- Previous experience as a Messenger, Office Runner, or similar role (preferred)
- Valid UAE Driving License (if delivery involves driving)
