At InterContinental Doha The City, we are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Director of Operations to join our executive leadership team. You will be responsible for leading hotel operations to deliver True Hospitality for our guests while driving financial performance, developing our people, and ensuring consistent delivery of IHG and InterContinental brand standards.

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments
- Champion guest experience excellence
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes and budgeting
- Lead and coach department heads
- Drive colleague engagement and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IHG policies
- Partner with HR on people-related initiatives
- Support General Manager in financial strategies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or in a related field
