As CRM Executive – Demand Generation, you’ll play a critical role in activating, engaging, and re-engaging Snoonu users across our multi-vertical ecosystem. You will be responsible for executing impactful one-off and ad-hoc campaigns across all CRM channels, with a clear focus on highlighting major marketing campaigns, offers, and product updates.
المسؤوليات
- Set up the day-to-day CRM calendar
- Execute impactful campaigns across push, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app and email
- Create, deploy, and own localized experiments
- Own end-to-end copywriting in Arabic and English
- Conduct post-campaign reporting to extract insights
المؤهلات
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of written and spoken English
- Up to 1 year of experience in CRM (internship or junior-level)
