You contribute to the store profitability by meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets, managing all resources within the store to provide a leading consumer experience, and driving the proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives.
المسؤوليات
- Support the Store Manager with commercial success
- Analyze sales data and make commercial decisions
- Lead service standards CONNECT-ENGAGE-INSPIRE
- Schedule team to properly serve consumers
- Ensure in-store Brand execution
- Manage store operations (inventory, cash registers)
- Implement loss prevention policies
- Manage recruitment and training of store team members
- Create a high-performance culture
المؤهلات
- Minimum 18 month’s work experience in a sports and/or fashion retail environment
- A minimum of 12 months of Supervisory/Team Leader experience
