The Professionals is seeking a Risk Officer in Riyadh to identify potential project risks, including technical, operational, financial, and external risks. You will perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and develop mitigation and contingency plans in collaboration with project teams.

- Identify potential project risks, including technical, operational, financial, and external risks
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks
- Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans in collaboration with the project team
- Recommend strategies to reduce, transfer, or avoid risks impacting project performance, timeline, or budget
- Maintain and update the project risk register regularly
- Monitor the status of identified risks and ensure that mitigation actions are implemented effectively
- Provide regular risk management reports to the PMO Manager and Project Manager
- Collaborate with all project stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of risks
- Provide risk-related input for project reviews and milestone assessments
- Promote a risk-aware culture across the project team
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related role
- Professional certification in risk management (CRM, FRM, etc.) is preferred
