Adoption & Change Management - Lead Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Consultant to lead the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across our clients' organizations. This role involves developing and executing tailored change management strategies to facilitate user adoption, manage resistance, and create a sustainable change environment.
المسؤوليات
- Develop detailed user adoption strategies tailored to each client's unique workflows and requirements
- Identify key stakeholders and users affected by the technological shift, and design a comprehensive change management plan
- Monitor and track adoption progress, providing consistent updates and adjustments as needed
- Engage and inform employees about the upcoming changes, clarifying the reasons and impacts
- Facilitate awareness sessions to ensure all employees understand the benefits and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Design and deliver customized training programs to meet the learning requirements of different user groups
- Identify and address resistance to change, empowering employees to embrace new technologies
- Listen to feedback and incorporate it into the change management plan to mitigate resistance effectively
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred
- Overall 10 to 15 years of experience and 3 to 6 years of professional, progressive experience in change management
