Responsible for implementing sales plans for assigned self-service & gift markets. Focuses on driving sales growth, expanding the outlet universe, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop Joint Business Plans with assigned accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Prospect and acquire new customers
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate with logistics
  • Control market damage, expiries, and product returns
  • Submit accurate sales reports on time

المؤهلات

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related
  • Fluent in English and Arabic or Hindi
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE FMCG market
  • Valid driving license
