We are looking for a high-energy, multi-faceted Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth across our diverse service portfolio including Facility Care, Hard FM & Systems, and Strategic Management. You will represent the company across three core verticals: cleaning services, ELV systems/IT infrastructure, and general FM contracts.

المسؤوليات

  • Identify and approach new B2B clients, including property managers and developers
  • Conduct site surveys to assess client needs for cleaning or technical installations
  • Prepare and present competitive quotes for one-time jobs and AMCs
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure high client retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends in ELV systems and FM technology

المؤهلات

  • 2–5 years of sales experience in Facility Management, ELV systems, or Building Materials
  • Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills
  • A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (Required)
  • Experience: FM: 2 years (Required)
