We are hiring a Property Consultant with 2 years of proven Dubai off-plan experience, confident in handling investors, premium clients, and high-value transactions.
المسؤوليات
- Convert qualified leads into successful off-plan sales
- Promote and sell projects from Emaar, Dubai Holding, DAMAC, Sobha & other leading developers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and end-users
- Stay updated on new launches, payment plans, and market trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide professional guidance to clients throughout the buying journey
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 years of off-plan sales experience in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of developers, launches & investment strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- RERA Certification (advantage)
- Multilingual candidates preferred (German / Spanish a plus)
