المسؤوليات
- Responsible for periodical, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Increasing efficiency in maintenance processes by applying Kaizen, 5S and other continuous improvement methods
- Developing solutions to optimize energy consumption by making analyzes on energy management and efficiency
- Keeping track of equipment and spare parts required for maintenance and repair work
- Carrying out maintenance work in accordance with occupational safety and environmental policies
- Keeping maintenance records and reports regularly
- Installation and start-up of new equipment
- Preparing of maintenance plans of the new equipment and follow-up the maintenance plans
- To prepare procedures, instructions and technical specifications
- To ensure the coordination of relevant companies and plan necessary training on machines and production lines
- Analyzing system failures and performing root cause analysis
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Fluency in English
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in production facilities
- Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement techniques knowledge
- SAP-PM knowledge
- Energy management & energy efficiency knowledge
- Able to read electrical circuit diagrams and diagnose faults
- Preferably experienced in PLC systems and automation
- Aware of working in accordance with occupational safety rules
- Teamwork, solution-oriented and analytical thinking skills
- For male candidates, they have completed their military service
- Preferably with an energy manager certificate
- Knowledge on subjects such as power electronic circuits, low and high voltage panels, power distribution systems, generator, and UPS systems
