As a Sales Team Leader – Off-Plan, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and driving the performance of a team of property consultants while actively contributing to sales. You will act as a bridge between management and agents, ensuring targets are met, processes are followed, and the team consistently delivers strong results in the off-plan market.
المسؤوليات
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of off-plan property consultants
- Drive team and individual sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Coach agents on lead handling, client engagement, negotiations, and closing techniques
- Actively support and participate in closing high-value or complex deals
- Ensure proper CRM usage, lead follow-ups, and pipeline management
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, and one-on-one performance reviews
- Train and onboard new joiners
- Stay updated on off-plan launches, pricing, payment plans, and market trends
- Attend developer briefings, launches, roadshows, and sales events
- Coordinate with management and developers to align sales strategies
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2–4 years in real estate sales with strong off-plan exposure
- Previous Team Leader or Senior Property Consultant experience preferred
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi off-plan market
- Strong CRM discipline and reporting skills
- UAE driver’s license preferred
