LUNA Corporation is hiring an experienced Head Nurse for a well-established SMC Hospital in Saudi Arabia. As a Head Nurse, you will play a critical role in managing nursing departments, ensuring high clinical standards, and supporting multidisciplinary medical teams in a modern healthcare environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating daily clinical operations, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and Saudi healthcare regulations.

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure quality patient care
- Manage daily nursing operations, shift schedules, and staff assignments
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify staff training needs
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards, patient safety, and clinical protocols
المؤهلات
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing with a valid professional license
- SCFHS registration (mandatory for nursing jobs in Saudi Arabia)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing experience, including a supervisory role
