Deliver courses and events as scheduled covering the Quality Management, Environmental Management, Health and Safety Management, Communication, Customer Care, Time Management and relevant skills, through adjusting and applying training techniques flexibly in response to the needs and learning styles of groups and individual delegates.
المسؤوليات
- Deliver courses and events as scheduled covering Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety Management
- Design training programmes and materials for public and in-company courses
- Supporting consultative sales and account development activities
- Undertake training needs analysis with potential clients
- Innovate and create training solutions to develop and deliver programmes
- Identify additional business opportunities
- Undertake business assurance assessments within authorized area of specialism
- Maintain professional competence by keeping abreast of technical developments
- Promote additional or higher value services
- Pass client feedback and insights to appropriate internal recipients
- Developing the customised training courses when needed
- Ensuring the Quality of service in terms of delivery
- Helping in Marketing investigation and Competitors’ Analyses
- Support the Improvement Services Business development process
- Execute the Improvement Services projects as per the scope
