New York Yankees Baseball Camps deliver summer baseball experiences for kids aged 5-13. As the Site Director, you are responsible for delivering high-quality weeks of camp that reflect tradition and fan-first approaches. You oversee daily operations, lead coaches, and make real-time decisions.
المسؤوليات
- Serve as on-site leader responsible for quality and safety
- Lead and develop on-site leadership team and coaching staff
- Partner with Customer Experience Coordinator for family support
- Oversee smooth transitions into extended-day programming
- Represent the New York Yankees with professionalism and energy
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional leadership experience
- Experience leading teams in youth programs, sports, or education
- In-person/hybrid Adult and Pediatric First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work long hours outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
