We’re looking for a Assistant Operations Manager to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store 'tMart'. Supporting the operations manager with full operations end to end (inventory management, pick-pack process, asset management, operational standards, expense control).
المسؤوليات
- Lead the Store operations team members
- Conduct daily online calls to review KPIs
- Conduct weekly store visits and shop floor audits
- Monitor inventory management processes
- Responsible for shrink/expiry control and quality focus
- Track order fulfillment and staff availability
- Support training and developmental programs for staff

- Fluent English language speaker
