Home Medical Care Nurse

Tabibak Home Medical Care is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care directly to patients in their homes. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, performing medical procedures, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and their families on health management.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct scheduled home visits
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
- Administer prescribed medications safely
- Provide expert wound care
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing
- Provide care for indwelling catheters and ostomies
- Educate patients and their families on disease management
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
المؤهلات
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Oman
- Minimum of 5 years of post-registration nursing experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Valid driving license
