Operations & Administration Executive

The role involves supporting retail operations, handling administrative documentation, coordinating between departments, and acting as a Personal Assistant to the CEO.
المسؤوليات
- Support daily store and operational activities
- Assist in store audits and stock checks
- Handle invoices, vendor bills, and expense statements
- Liaise with vendors for supplies and maintenance
- Coordinate with HR for attendance and rosters
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Draft professional emails and letters on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, administration, or executive assistance
- Fashion / lifestyle / luxury retail experience is an advantage
