Finance Manager – Finance – Jumeirah Jabal Omar

An opportunity has arisen for Finance Manager – Finance to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar. Responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the property, which includes administering accounting policies & procedures, following procurement practices and procedures, preparing and interpreting financial statements and management reports, budgetary control and all legal/contractual matters.
المسؤوليات
- Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Lead the Finance team to drive improved performance and develop talent
- Provide accurate forecasting of the business to determine correct allocation of resources
- Provide value-added business performance reporting
- Lead the support and coordination of all internal and external audit visits
- Maintain a strong business relationship with the apartment owner/owner’s representative
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA / ACCA preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry
