- Lead and coach team members (Educators and Key Leaders)
- Collaborate on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
- Manage store schedules according to labor budget
- Ensure an optimal guest experience and resolve feedback
- Partner on budget, expenses, and business data reviews
- Open and close store following standard checklists

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience with P&L and labor hours management
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
