Hogar Properties is seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Advisor to join our professional sales team. You will act as a trusted consultant to clients, guiding them through property purchases, sales, and investment decisions in Dubai.
المسؤوليات
- Advise clients on residential, off-plan, and investment property opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential buyers and investors
- Present properties through site visits and virtual tours
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and developer offerings
- Negotiate terms and close transactions
- Build long-term referral relationships
- Coordinate with marketing and admin teams
المؤهلات
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate advisory or property sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- UAE driving license preferred
