To provide Accounting assistance to the Production Team, dealing with all matters arising during the course of the Production. This role is open to Saudi Nationals only.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure Vendor Invoices are properly coded and authorized
- Liaise with Accounts Payable on payables issues
- Manage and reconcile Production Pre-Paid Cards
- Deal with T&E expenses using Concur system
- Assist Production Managers with monthly Actual Cost Reporting
- Proactive analysis of Production spend and revenue
المؤهلات
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- University Degree in Accounting related subject
- Studying for a recognized Accounting Qualification (SOCPA etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Previous experience in an Accounting/Finance environment
