The Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements for employees and executives. This role includes booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining an accurate travel budget.

- Book and coordinate all travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Manage travel itineraries and provide employees with documentation
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to negotiate rates
- Track travel expenditures and prepare cost reports
- Assist employees with visa applications and travel insurance
- Ensure all travel bookings adhere to company policies
