Regional Program Procurement Manager

The Regional Program Procurement Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain and contributes to the competitiveness and profitability of our programs by developing regional and local sourcing strategies through the best overall total cost solutions. Required to deploy to the sites to conduct phase-in and out activities for task orders to include training staff on the acquisition process and closing out files.
المسؤوليات
- Manage procurement actions for assigned areas
- Qualifies suppliers and issues RFPs
- Executes subcontracts incorporating terms and conditions
- Identify and develop business partners
- Establish relationships with key vendors
- Assists in tracking and expediting material requests
- Procure items from local vendors using company purchase card
- Identify reliable suppliers and assist with onboarding
المؤهلات
- BS/BA Degree
- Minimum of 10 years' experience performing in a business capacity
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a professional business environment
