Grand Land Real Estate Broker is hiring a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage HR operations in a real estate brokerage environment. This role requires execution, discipline, and ownership.
المسؤوليات
- End-to-end hiring of agents, managers, and support staff
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and RERA files
- Maintain employee records and payroll coordination
- Draft and enforce HR policies and SOPs
- Handle MOL requirements, visas, and disciplinary actions
- Support performance tracking for sales teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–5 years of real HR execution experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong understanding of UAE labour law & compliance
- Experience dealing with sales-driven teams
- Proficient in MS Office / HR software
