Optasia is a fully enabled B2B2X financial technology platform covering scoring, financial decisioning, disbursement and collection. We are seeking enthusiastic professionals who want to be part of a team delivering solutions in an innovative environment. The Sales Manager will support commercial efforts across new territories, working on strategic sales initiatives and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to assigned regions
  • Identify opportunities and new verticals for Optasia’s products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like telcos and banks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful pitching and delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and Business Development roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fintech or telecommunications
