To serve customers by providing product and service information, and resolving issues while maintaining high quality standards. This role focuses on ensuring financial and reputational integrity while providing end-to-end solutions for customer experience. The position requires a strong team spirit and the ability to handle incoming calls and customer complaints within defined authority limits.

المسؤوليات

  • Provide excellent customer service by attending to incoming calls within quality guidelines
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints to satisfaction within defined limits
  • Recommend potential products or services to management based on customer needs
  • Ensure quality of inbound / outbound calls by achieving set targets
  • Generate new prospects/leads and upselling for FAB products
  • Maintain customer records and update service requests in the CRM
  • Ensure business meets obligations under Bank Policies and local laws
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adhering to planned/scheduled shifts

المؤهلات

  • High School Diploma
  • 0 – 2 years relevant experience in banking sector
  • Excellent communication skill in English & Arabic
