To directly manage the assigned territory performance against customer potential and company set targets. To manage the performance of team members by checking daily achievements, setting daily objectives, and managing customer call plans.
المسؤوليات
- Achieve territory revenue, volume, and margin targets
- Resolve team and customer issues in a timely manner
- Conduct daily field visits to coach subordinates
- Identify customer opportunities and assign them to the team
- Drive profitable sales growth through product and customer expansion
- Oversee collections and overdue payments
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FMCG or F&B sales
- English Fluency
