Our client is an MSP looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations in Geneva. This is a hands-on leadership position combining people management and technical expertise.

المسؤوليات

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the Service Desk team
  • Act as technical escalation point
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal technical teams
  • Ensure SLA adherence and incident resolution
  • Support team development through coaching and feedback

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support leadership
  • Solid understanding of IT support processes and tools
  • Strong people management and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication in French and English
  • Must be EU passport holder
