Our client is an MSP looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations in Geneva. This is a hands-on leadership position combining people management and technical expertise.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage daily operations of the Service Desk team
- Act as technical escalation point
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal technical teams
- Ensure SLA adherence and incident resolution
- Support team development through coaching and feedback
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support leadership
- Solid understanding of IT support processes and tools
- Strong people management and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication in French and English
- Must be EU passport holder
