Information Technology Manager

Build and lead the corporate IT function at Leo Berwick. You will lead day-to-day corporate IT operations across Canada and the US, managing outsourced IT vendors and overseeing hardware lifecycle management for a growth-stage M&A tax advisory firm.
المسؤوليات
- Lead day-to-day corporate IT operations across multiple locations
- Manage outsourced IT vendors and oversee SLAs
- Oversee hardware lifecycle, device provisioning, and IT asset management
- Support onboarding/offboarding and integration of acquisitions
- Execute various IT projects and build scalable processes
المؤهلات
- 7+ years in IT operations or corporate IT support
- Strong experience managing outsourced IT/help desk partners
- Background in service-based organizations (financial services/consulting ideal)
- Technical expertise including Microsoft Autopilot, InTune, Entra, SharePoint
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
- Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
