Beck's Shoes is a family owned footwear business that has served the Bay Area for over 100 years and is rapidly growing. Our mission is: "To Exceed the Expectations of Everyone we Encounter" and we do this everyday by being positive, professional, and courteous... We are looking for candidates to offer that level of service to every customer that walks through our doors. It's as simple as that! We have a ton of fun and everyone is successful! Experience is important, but so is personality, energy level, positivity, and commitment.

- Promote and support the high quality of Beck's Shoes brand image through professional selling
- Measure and fit customers properly
- Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specifications
- Maintain outstanding store standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Meet and exceed sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

- Retail sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
